Cancellation Terms
Full Refund
Cancel more than 14 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
50% Refund
Cancel 7-14 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, email bookings@runabellholdings.com with your booking reference number.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. Contact us to discuss modifications.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disaster, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis for rebooking or refund.
