Firm Cancellation Policy — Last updated: March 2026
Refundable Booking
All bookings are refundable by default. Refund amount depends on when you cancel relative to your check-in date:
Full Refund — 30+ Days Before Check-in
Cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date for a full refund of the accommodation cost.
50% Refund — 7 to 30 Days Before Check-in
Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the accommodation cost.
No Refund — Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in
Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Booking Option
Choose the non-refundable rate at checkout to save 5% on your booking. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded after booking, regardless of timing.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, email bookings@runabellholdings.com with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. Contact us to discuss modifications. Shortening a stay within the non-refundable window follows the cancellation terms above.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disaster, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis for rebooking or refund.
Comparison with Airbnb
This policy matches Airbnb's Firm cancellation policy. The same terms apply whether you book on Airbnb or directly with us — but by booking direct, you save on platform fees.
